The dogshit lifeless production on this is a great example of why Will Putney sucks. Insane how these musicians can come together to create something so mid.

On paper this should be amazing right? For some reason it falls short. This project could have a lot of potential but for its first outing this ep falls flat for me and I have no idea why, whether its gregs vocals not fitting with the ETID style

ETID's southern metalcore, but yelled by Greg Puciato. It shows the former do not need Buckley to shine, and also that Puciato still is comfortable alternating between ferocious belters and anthemic, clean-sung choruses.

God damn this took a few listens but its got me bricked up to a generous 6.85 inches. Putney sucks though they should really go back to Ballou for the full length.

Not entirely sold on Greg providing vocals for ETID (their stuff works best with a looser,
fun style of vocals, while his are pretty controlled and serious), but if future releases
are as good as this, I will have faith in the boys
Edit: Fuck it, this is a 5. Greg fits perfectly and this is the best thing any of the
members have released in years (better than any ETID since Low Teens, better than any
Dillinger since Option Paralysis, Putney's best production since END's debut). Nice to hear
everyone on this sound hungry again.
