Saafir drops one of the most unorthodox, absolutely weird flows ever, and mixes it with hazzy, dizzy productions. The beats have a distinctive 90s New York flavor, muddy up-right bass thudding, down-tuned samples, and simplistic pounding drums that mix with an overall dark vibe, and you get one of rap's most experimental (mood and flow-wise) albums yet. Despite a massive amount of filler, Boxcar Sessions is a killer 90s rap album.
