If you like your Blackgaze on the more "shoegazey" side (think bands like Sadness, A Light in the Dark, Illyria, etc.), this album will likely scratch that itch better than most albums. The songs can be a bit similar sounding (perhaps due to having pretty similar guitar tones throughout) but each song works really well and if you want a nice atmospheric album to listen to then After All This Time fits the bill. Although similar to prior releases this is the most cohesive effort and I look forward to seeing the band continuing to grow.
