| 3.6 great | Trey STAFF | October 14th 22 | This is symphonic deathcore, but it's honestly nothing like the Lorna Shore album that dropped on the same day as this. This is guitar-driven with the symphonic elements as a supporting role. The tempos are also much more varied. The production and song structures aren't nearly as dense and layered. There's prominent female vocals in addition to the deathcore stuff. Essentially, it a great album that is much easier to get into the first time than the new Lorna Shore. Definitely recommend.

| 4.0 excellent | XfingTheSullen | November 1st 22 | This is so much better than the recently revered deathcore stuff. There's actual songwriting, the breakdowns are well-integrated, there is no vocal fuckery, there are pretty female vocals and there are catchy moments all the time. This band is what earlier attempters such as Wind of Plague or early Make them Suffer should have been

| 4.0 excellent | PuncakeTheThird | October 15th 22 | Album of the year so far for me, Souls Asunder lives in my head rent free. Lorna Shore's Pain Remains is fantastic as well but suffers from more repetition.

| 3.5 great | ProphetNimd | October 14th 22 | It's really unfortunate that this released on the same day as Pain Remains because I honestly think this is substantially better. Better guitar tone/production, more variation between songs, and the female operatic vocals really hammer home the epic vibe quite well.
