This album is at its very best when its groovy funk and underlying electronic boogie are trying their darndest to be fun, easy, approachable. This album, however, falters in trying to overdo it in conceptuality, eventually overstaying its welcome, where it could have simply cut down a few tracksand been a perfectly concise banger front to back with extra coolness in b-sides for those particularly curious.
