2.5 average | MetalReview | October 7th 22 | Lamb of God one of the band for metalhead love but Omens not make groove metal is make metalcore for corekid. Omens make me said one time Lamb of God begining to the disappointing band for the metal genre. It's ok if band want play like a The Black Dahlia Murder. the album is kind a boring i never like Lamb of god as a kid, the album now make me hayp is not new just lamb of god play metalcore not groove metal. I think Lamb of God grow up now like the ather band (BMTH, Architects, ect.) this the corekid album for the year (ahhhhhhhh) is so bad.r

3.5 great | Christbait | October 7th 22 | Best LoG have sounded since Wrath which, coincidentally, was also recorded live rather than edited from disparate parts. r"Ditch" is also the best thing they've done in years.

2.0 poor | PickleVai17 | October 13th 22 | By far my least favorite LoG album. Nevermore was literally the only song that stood out to me. Lamb of God by the numbers but it sounds even more tired here than their self titled album.

2.0 poor | xenochrist15 | October 13th 22 | This album is B-O-R-I-N-G. Don't get me wrong, there's great musicianship it just seems like every track is a filler. I found myself skipping each song after thirty seconds or less because nothing stands out. Also, a band is only as good as its drummer. The current drummer is technically proficient, but nothing like Chris Adler in bringing interesting flavors to tracks instead of the run of the mill metalcore/deathcore the current guy offers. The hole he left continues to be obvious on this album.

2.5 average | metalphil | October 11th 22 | Yawn. If this was my first time hearing Lamb of God I could see myself giving this a 3 or even a 3.5 but this album is so by the numbers at this point.

3.5 great | SpideryMan | October 7th 22 | First off I'll say this is better than the self
titled in almost every way. It's noticeably
more creative, taking greater inspiration from
the actual good metalcore of the 00's as well
as a revitalizing dose of melodic death metal.
Besides that though It's about what you would
expect.
Lyrics range from good to surprisingly bad,
vocals and delivery are almost always the same
but the hooks on Ditch, Nevermore, Vanishing,
and Omens are undeniably infectious.
Randy Blythe's signature hyper enunciated mid
range shout is still melodically sound and good
on the ears.
Riff-wise I don't think the band has
realistically been this consistently on the
mark with the groove/melodeath fusion since
"Strum Und Drang" or earlier. They can start to
blend together at times as expected, as seen on
"Gomorrah" and "Ill designs"
The drumming if that was of any
concern to you, seems to have gotten better
with Adler's replacement now having picked up
on more of the band's nuances. The production
too, seems to pop in more places and have a
more tangible style/vision to help pull the
album towards.
It's lamb of God in 2022, aware of their legacy
and trying to claw back a bit of their
reputation. Take them or leave them.
Highlights: Nevermore, Vanishing, Ditch

1.5 very poor | saint jebus | June 30th 24 | hey-ey log go back to their classic groovecore days-it sucks!

3.0 good | iGuter | October 16th 22 | The band still can make fun, head-bangers, without question and this record is far from bad, with quality and talent behind here; but better songwriting and tighter focus would have improved here. This album is unfortunately one of the most unmemorable records I?ve heard this year.

3.5 great | fallout1 | October 14th 22 | By 2022 we know what we're getting with a LoG album. That said, they haven't hit this hard since Sturm and Drang.

3.0 good | hasan | October 7th 22 | lamb of God... Randy came he is back from the czech after jail he came on the music to be here to do a new Lamb Of CD, some really hard riffing slapping the strings guitar and bass slaps and hard hitting drums that do groove on the tracks on the CD. to be on the web site talking on OMENS. the thing on this is Omen is like all lamb CDs and tracks songs. I like it it is good but no i do not like that it is the same they could do pop or some thing different. to be on the web site lamb of god

3.0 good | gordodustin | October 7th 22 | It's LoG doing LoG. Nothing super standout here, but nothing bad either. September song has a really interesting intro and I was really hoping they would take it in a cool place and it ended being just another typical track. I dunno, at this point I think I'm just over how safe they always play it.

3.5 great | SteavisButthead | October 7th 22 | I mean it sounds like Lamb of God. Obviously not the
old work but they still sound like a Metal band.
Tracks aren't bad. I'm about halfway in... Probably
feeling a 3.5 on it.
