3.1 good | Erwann S. STAFF | March 14th 22 | Where are the hooks, Alex? When you deliver a new wavey, heartlandy, 80s-influenced pop rock album, you better come up with filthy hooks. Unfortunately, Oxy Music is the most soft rock Cameron has gone, with most of the tunes being cool without attaining mega-bangers material.

3.5 great | olisz | May 15th 24 | Not as strong as his two previous efforts, but not a bad listen either. The last two songs stick out a bit compared to the rest, but they're still fun to listen to. Btw, in the last bits of the album, does someone else melody-wise feel reminded by Sacrifice by Elton John? I cannot unhear it since I noticed.

3.0 good | Gene Gol STAFF | March 14th 22 | Alex's newest is his most shrouded in haze. Lyrics are a little more vague and don't tackle the naturally fun and pop-friendly topics like infidelity, divorce or terminal illness. His swagger personality is still very present and often carries the tracks, but it's also his most underwhelming work so far. Too many tracks seem to not stand on their own and lack a distinct enough flavour.
