The record has a really nice sound to it. All the songs a very enjoyable. It's not reaching very high but it's a fun listen.

I feel like 60% of Eels songs sound like bad copies of "I've never met a girl like you before"
(which is awesome). Like seriously how does anyone tell Eels songs apart? He's more boring than
Beck. I think I keep trying to listen to his stuff because the songs "Elizabeth on the bathroom
floor" and "Electro-shock blues" from 20+ years ago are truly brilliant and bring me to tears. The
rest? meh to the highest degree
