| 4.0 excellent | SpideryMan | February 1st 22 | A feel-good prog rock record made by a bunch
of old renaissance fair worshipping nerds.
Plenty of colorful synth and flute playing
as is expected. As long as you have a high
tolerance for cheese, and aren't turned off
by "cringe" clearly spoken high fantasy
inspired lyricism, you'll find plenty to
like here. Also highly recommended for
dungeon synth fans (really)

| 2.0 poor | RaylanCrowder | January 29th 22 | Imagine sacking Martin Barre and co. only to leave the most middle of the road hired guns, cookie cutter instrumentals and cringe lyricism sung by a past-it Ian Anderson trying to stay relevant

| 3.0 good | Divaman | February 6th 22 | A solid album. For me, this is the best LP of original music released under the Jethro Tull moniker since Crest of a Knave
(although it's not quite as good as the last two Ian Anderson solo albums). The prog critics have raved about a number of
the full-band numbers, like the title track, "Mine Is the Mountain" and "Shoshana Sleeping," but don't sleep on those little
Ian acoustic ditties in the LP's second half. I'm especially fond of "In Brief Visitation".
