| 4.0 excellent | Boreque | November 17th 22 | After a couple of times listening to this, it really began to grow on me. In my opinion there are no fillers on this album, the atmosphere is consistent, the song writing is interesting - with many tracks taking abrupt turns halfway that still feel harmonious. I'm going to say it: I like this better than the Trials of Van Occupanther!

| 2.5 average | ajcollins15 | March 22nd 22 | The somewhat legendary underground folk band from Texas continues down their psychedelic road with the same kind of iffy progress they had on their last album. Most of the album sounds okay, but it can get really stall really quickly because the band is really hoping the psychedelic noodling (ah la Kind Gizzard) we are slightly seeing will help carry the album. But it?s tough to really get through the album without falling asleep from boredom.
