The best hip hop album of 2009 is a nice collection of diverse rap styles. Tracks range from funky to thrashy. Lyrically, ICP are still able to make you laugh, or scare the living shit out of you.

I think this album's not ICP's best work, but it shows how they've developed a lot. It's just a shame that there are too many music snobs on Sputnik.
