Tech death with deathcore tones here and there, as well as gazey passages - because it's 2021 - and it's an epic win. The balance between staggering and quieter moments is tip-top here: the proggier moments truly shine because they happen when the band finishes destroying their death metal with post, black or grind elements. "Rorschach and Delirium" stands as the band's apex, first fusing every bit of their heaviest packages, then letting the epic riff-fest explode, before letting dreamy tones conclude the track on a calmer, yet ominous note. A riffest.

Wow. I had this at 4.5 but on second listen had to bump it to 5. What an intriguing record in a time where the genre can be somewhat stale. Must be AOTY.

This was the best album so far in 2021. Everything is on point here. It's Creative, heavy and groovy and sooo technical. If you are into bad ass techdeath this is a must have record.rMight even raise it to 5.0 after i dive in deeper to this bad ass album ??

Horror deathcore with lots of ideas. Reminds me of a less proggy Seizures actually. I think I just wasn't in the right conditions for this - mood wise and also had to focus on me work. Still could tell this is super cool and full of riffs, but I found that the quieter bits like the midtrack on 3 or the second half of 9 felt like relief as well as instinsically cool moments which isn't ideal. 3.7
