Nice tones, and a few pretty sweet riffs to be found amongst the gazey clamor, but I was exhausted by the end. rDefinitely a lot of trimmable fat here. Also, to me, the vocals dont seem to fit the atmosphere of the music. They seem rway too pure-metal for how esoteric the music is.

Dissonant blackend death metal with almost gaze-y textures. An album where ones interpretations of its roots are
radically different, yet adheres to a coherent vision that is both malleable yet meticulously structured. Few albums
in extreme metal have felt this numbingly serene.

This is miles ahead of the debut, kept the creepy crusty style but with stronger songwriting, and the production is SO much less skeletal which helps a ton.
