This album didn't sacrifice too much power during the transition from Painkiller. It certainly gave Rob Halford a different prospective of metal. And it was fun to listen to as well.

Very interesting album. My favourite tracks here are Into the Pit, Nailed to the Gun, Immortal Sin and specially the epic Reality-A New Beginning.

There are front loaded albums, then there is this. Listen to half of the album then stop. Brilliant move by Rob Half-ord in order to save our time.

Little Crazy is cheesy in a really bad way (though it does briefly pick up around the solo) but beside that this album is generally pretty good. There are a few awesome standout tracks, like Nailed to the Gun, Into the Pit, and Kill It.

One of Halford's best post priest bands i dig the overall heaviness including such catchy songs like nailed to the gun,war of words of just a little crazy my ultimate favorite.However the last 2 songs sounded a slight bit tired but still kicks major ass on the most part.

Negatives: choruses commonly consist of repetition of the song title, which obviously can be tedious; the melody of the verses in Vicious is annoying.
