This is the album that Demon Hunter have always truly wanted to make but were too afraid of alienating their fanbase to do so. Grandiose, beautiful composition that adds so much depth to these old tried and true tracks. This is a band when they decide to do whatever they want without care of the consequences. It is so fucking good. My Throat is an Open Grave, Dead Flowers, The Heart of a Graveyard, and Deteriorate are all superior to their originals here.

Tempted to purchase on vinyl just for that artwork alone but the songs are very well-composed in this acoustic package so good initial vibes overall. The new version of ?I Will Fail You? is a major highlight

Enjoyable acoustic versions of previous ballads... though the originals are better on most of the songs it is still a solid album to sit back and enjoy.

The livestream they did for this record was very enjoyable, everyone sounded amazing. With the
strings and piano on the EP the songs sound even better. The 'resurrections' of the songs are very
well done, and the vocals are actually very good. Loneliness is my favourite probably. Quite a
varied EP. This is how acoustic renditions should be done.
