This is some pretty intense experimental grindcore/death metal crossover. The vocals are manic and incorporate a number of different styles, from high shrieks, low growls and even the odd pig squeal. As far as instrumentation goes, the band are on top of their game; the guitars are insane both rhythmically and in terms of riff construction, and the drums are unrelenting as well as being incredibly complex. A DEP influence is clearly present but it is more than that - death metal elements are aplenty; I guess it could even be described as experimental deathgrind. Song lengths are pretty long on average for this genre. But all in all, this is a breath of fresh air, well worth looking into if you're a fan of fast, technical grindcore (akin to old DEP) and maybe The Boy Will Drown.
