what do you think is their best album, MeatWolf? I get the feeling maybe you don't like/are jaded with melodeath? maybe you dig some previous albums, but I don't find this uninspired at all for a semi-high profile, non-prog band of this ilk...

Waste of an album, even the uninspired previous one was miles ahead of this, not to mention the great Gillion solo record.

It's OK but it's nothing on the previous album. I hear some
great moments but they are so few and
far between compared to the last 2 records. The guitar work
is on point but the vocals are missing
those immensely catchy hooks the last 2 had.
At The Shores of Silver Sand is by far the best track and
has the magic of the last album despite missing that
haunting orchestral feel it had.

This is the first I've heard of this band, but I'm digging the balance between heaviness and melodies. Great workout tracks.

This is well executed melodic death metal but a little too by the numbers for my tastes.
Both guitarists are excellent but vocals are a little on the weak side.

band is great. reasonably ...and death said live was the best as a whole but this is definitely better than last one and
realistically competes with their best work. at the shores of silver sand, rebirth, and reverence. All very good.
