as much as I love the early work of In Flames, there's a few things I resent them for, and at the top of the list is stealing Daniel Svensson to play drums for them from Colony through Siren Charms.
Daniel's role in Sacrilege GBG was more than that of a drummer: he also handled vocals, and by far he was one of the most unique, intense, and wonderfully rabid vocalists in the genre. imagine a faster, thrashier take on In Flames's early stuff fronted by Peter Tagtgren post-transformation into a werewolf and you have Sacrilege GBG. wonderful stuff.
