It's not as good as Q&A, but a lot of the songs on it are PHENOMENAL and some grow on you. There are only really two or three skippable songs on the album.
Pros
+Keyboards and theremin compliment the music well
+Doug's voice has more of a range
Cons
-Bass is less audible
-Not as many memorable songs
