I realize that this should be a 4.5 instead of a 5, but when you take in consideration that these guys were a band for 3 months and that none of the members of Of Machines were over the age of 18 when this album was released, I think they deserve that extra .5 bump.

This album is wonderful. Great experimentation with delays in the guitars and the singer couldn't be more amazing.
Downfall is the drums are pretty boring, and the whole record is over the top produced, would've been a 5 if they would've had the same person that did Underoath's LITSOS album.

Ridiculously repetitive, annoyingly mixed, and poor on almost ever front. The vocalist has some shining moments, but he's drowned under the production. Which is terrible, as well. This is what modern music is coming to, alarmingly unoriginal and over the top production. This band does not deserve the fame they're getting.
Underwhelming guitar work, poor drumming, chug chug break downs, etc. You get the picture. This sounds like every other Rise band. Which is DEFINATELY a bad thing.

I really really enjoyed this for what it's trying to be. A little post hardcore, a little emo, a little metal core. It has some really great buildups and cathartic moments. The vocals are great clean and dirty and i can honestly go through the whole album without wanting to skip a song which is exactly what i consider to be a classic.
