Beats on this are phenomenal and Freddie's flow has even more variety than normal. All the features are really electric as well, though, does anyone really NEED a Rick Ross feature?

It's cool stuff, although Freddie's on autopilot on this one, and The Alchemist, although a great beatmaker, is also playing safe here. In fact, Alfredo reminds me of Madlib and Oh No - The Professionals: good hip hop done by dudes who usually craft excellent material.

Edit: damn, the alchemist has been busy as shit lately. This was enjoyable AND remarkable. Gibbs
is one of the best emcees on the planet at the moment.

The Alchemist is so consistent, putting out project after project and this one is just so tight in terms of productions with the samples being specially fresh. Freddie does his thing and is overall great, Benny's feature is definitely a highlight along with God is Perfect.

God is Perfect is top 5 Gibbs hooks. Solid Tyler feature on Something to Rap About, solid Benny feature on Frank Lucas, solid Rick Ross feature on Scottie Beam. Al?s production is consistently great but on a few tracks (Baby $hit, Look at Me, All Glass) Gibbs falls into familiar or stilted flows/cocaine refs that only muddy the album?s impact. Could have been an EP for sure. Still worth a listen.
