This album is a masterpiece, no doubt about it. The music is completely unlike anything you'll ever encounter, hence it is impossible to tell anybody what/who they sound like. They are Kaizers Orchestra, and no-one else. The best tracks are the title track, Ompa Til Du Doer (translated easily to Oompa 'Till You Die) and Kontroll Paa Kontinentet (Control on the Continent). The rest isn't quite as strong, hence "only" the 4 rating, but is still well worth checking out.
Oh, and if you ever get the chance, go to one of their concerts. They really are the best live band I've ever seen.
