At first I felt the music across this album was a bit disjointed or unorganised, but upon second listens I feel that's not the case. At times some of the riffs also remind of 'djent' in a bad way. As with most technical death metal it's full of intricate, tortuous, interweaving riffs, rhythms and vocals. Worth listening and re-listening to.
