2.0 poor | zakalwe | March 14th 20 | Another bullshit twanging band with a cunt of a singer whose intonation on every single over pronounced fucking word is broken up by the occasional brat wail which remonstrates with as much pain as a child whose dropped his ice cream or having a go at their mom for not getting a two thousand dollar guitar for Christmas. Anyone who forms this sort of shit or indeed listens to it and god forbid likes it for some unfathomable reason should be put against the fucking wall.

3.0 good | keza | March 6th 20 | Why is every song but the closing track in the same key tho.

5.0 classic | Atari STAFF | March 6th 20 | Holy Shit. From the opening track "OG Bule Sky", it's apparent the influences Hot Mulligan wear on
their sleeve: a bit of Tiny Moving Parts with a dose of The Wonder Years and Free Throw. Yet, the
execution here is so stellar - the production so insanely crisp - that it simply puts most of
their counterparts to shame. Forget originality... give me an album that knows where the ball is
coming from, and knocks it out of the park with style.

2.5 average | LotionLord | April 29th 20 | Take a shot every time he screams that high B-flat. You'll need an ambulance by track 3.

2.0 poor | Bilbodabag | September 6th 22 | This guy sings like he is getting tased at random every 3-5 seconds

1.0 awful | BADNEW | March 12th 20 | Haven't we heard enough of these cookie cutter bands? Sounds like 100 other cutesy pop rock bands that are supposedly "punk". The songs all sound like a variation of the same song. The whole whiny then full on scream then whiny again thing has grown so tired. Yawn. Pass. Trash.

3.0 good | Project | March 6th 20 | Ever listened to Tiny Moving Parts but wished Soupy was the lead singer instead? Ever wish Soupy screamed instead of doing the dramatic voice quiver? Boy have I got a band for you

3.2 good | Erwann S. STAFF | March 24th 20 | Cool emo/pop punk that, although does not reinvent anything, does mashes up all kinds of pop punk. The vocals are a bit grating at times, but, hey, it's juvenile pop punk. Also, there are two singers but, as it's often the case with that kind of band, the two dudes' voices sound a tad too similar. It's also a shame all songs are samey, but the album is short enough for it not being a problem. It's fun enough! And idk if the Mulligan part of their name is a ref to Magic, but I dig it.

3.0 good | decisions | March 10th 20 | Hard 3. Has some redeeming qualities but the songs (and vocalist especially) get way too same. Also these song titles irritate me.

4.5 superb | SymbolicInTime | March 6th 20 | Nothing here quite matches my favorite moments of Pilot, but it is certainly a more consistent and compositionally interesting project. Another homerun in the books for Hot Mulligan.

4.0 excellent | DunkM | March 6th 20 | Really solid, hooky pop punk. The riffs are really great and I think their singer does a great job of selling these songs and lyrics.

3.0 good | buttgrinder | March 6th 20 | Never been super hot on these guys. This one is a step up from Pilot, but there's still too little
variety here. The vocalist is solid but sings the same melodies on every song. Once you notice he
loves to scream that same high note, you'll realize he does it constantly on every track...
