Peculiarly named Chilean thrash metal act Parkcrest, start their course with a solid slab of South American thrash metal, rough on both the bulk and the edges as far as sound work goes, but full of promise in terms of individual instrumental proficiency, and the ability to produce interesting/powerful thrash. That said, vocals could use some more fine tuning with the music, while retaining their much desired rawness, while the lead/rhythm guitar ratio is far from balanced. Favorite track: New Plague.
