| 4.0 excellent | Mookid | March 2nd 13 | Failure ultimately manages to successfully scope into Assemblage 23's catalogue
with more a "positive" and "upbeat" style of sound. How the listener approaches the album
will be the deciding factor, in all reality, because the songs themselves are entirely
different from the rest of his albums; they are considerably more spontaneous and
rambunctious. But that somewhat disjointed assumption doesn't necessarily entitle the album
is this way; it could be completely different from listener to listener. Fact is, though,
this is a very great album with a great deal of playback and skillfully moves between weak
spots and avoids them. This is a very mysterious and wonderful album loaded with some
stellar tracks, naming ones such as 'I Am The Rain', 'Disappoint', and 'Silence'. Highly
recommended album for just about anyone or any lone star looking into getting into his music
(Defiance is close to this as well).
