Beethoven got me messed up man he smothers the top of these charts but I just don't see it like I do with the rest of the top 200. 4.53? Surely not...

I feel like this piece gets resumed to the tatatatan too often, while it?s actually so much more. It flows incredibly well and kinda and the transitions from loud and intense to soft and relaxing parts works amazingly. And actually the best parts aren?t the iconic ones. I feel like an idiot calling a 200 year old classic piano piece underrated, because it wouldn?t be still talked about these days if it wasn?t good, but to casual listeners, I think it?s a really interesting listen, as the rest of the piece is absolutely beautiful.

A great symphony heavily carried by its first movement. The first movement is an obvious MVP with its bombastic main thheme repeating throughout, and is almost perfect, but does get a bit too repetitive in my opinion. After that starting with the Andantino the Symphony turns a little too safe for me resembing Beethoven's earlier symphonies. No very special musical concepts are explored here.
