2.0 poor | SandwichBubble | October 11th 19 | This industrial/electronic/whatever vibe she's going for just doesn't work, plain and simple.
But it could've worked, and that's the sad part. A seamless blend of these different genres
and influences together could've been quite interesting. But on No Home Record, Gordon is
content having the best of both worlds without putting in the necessary effort. Two worlds
suspended like water and oil, never truly intermingling.
A few highlights (Hungry Baby, Get Your Life Back), but a pretty big disappointment overall.

2.3 average | Erwann S. STAFF | January 9th 24 | Gordon goes for noisy post-industrial stuff, and everybody expected it to be cool. It ain't. It's messy and dissonant but not in a good way, except on the very rare occasions she actually accompanies her shebang with melody. Still the coolest SY alumni.
