It's good. It's great, even, on a good day. There's danceable tracks, there's midtempos, there's other stuff. But does it do anything for hip-hop? Is it a long-lasting album? T-Pain makes superb radio hits, but will he ever create an album that contains those amazing singles yet isn't still mostly filler? The answer to all of these questions- probably not.

T-Pain creates the album of his career. His vocals are on an all time high, and his songwriting is interesting, and his constant barrage of ideas keep the listener interested. "Chopped N Skrewed" could be considered a highlight of the entire modern R&B scene, synths and hand claps go lore, mixing it with the T-Pain's mastery of electron drums and electronics. Thr33 isn't musically amazing, but it is far and away the most enjoyable album of 2008, inconsistent or not.
