| 1.5 very poor | cman23kid | December 15th 18 | Words cannot describe my disappointment. "12 Bangers" what a lie and a half. Its more like a handful imagine dragons covers, a punk rock jam, a bunch of failed RATM-like tracks and ONE song that is somewhat decent but still doesn't stand up to the test. They should go back and listen to Crooked Teeth and think how they fuck they went THAT shit in only a year.

| 1.5 very poor | buttgrinder | January 24th 19 | The title track had some catchy instrumentals, Feel Like Home almost sounded like a normal rock song from 2005, and everything else made me want to castrate myself with a nerds rope.

| 1.5 very poor | ItsTheSquirrel | January 18th 19 | I can usually enjoy generic alt rock (Crooked Teeth for example) but god damn this is just terrible

| 3.5 great | CLAWkeye | January 4th 19 | A step up from their last effort, "Crooked
Teeth", in my opinion, and if you liked the
harder sound of Papa Roach, then you should be
looking forward to this album. Half of the
singles didn't do much for me, specifically the
title track and their most recent, "Elevate".
However, "Not The Only One" is a really
different approach with the acoustics and it
sounds nice, and "Renegade Music" has been my
favourite of the singles, I love the
instrumentals on that one. The opener,
ironically titled "The Ending" was my favourite
of the non-singles I got to hear. I had the
chorus stuck in my head the entire way home
from their listening party, and is neck-and-
neck with Renegade Music for my favourite song
on the album. That's followed by the 4 singles.
Next is "Come Around", which is alright. Not
memorable, but not horrible by any means. "Feel
Like Home", "Problems" and "Top of the World"
were all middle of the road for me. The album
picks up in speed with "I Suffer Well", a
short, less than 2 minute track that is on full
speed from the start, definitely a standout.
Album closes on "Better Than Life", another
good song from the album, and a well-done
closer to the record. In my opinion, it's their
best effort since "The Connection", which
critic-wise, isn't super impressive. But some
catchy songs, a couple bangers, and some slower
stuff make this an album that has something for
every Papa Roach fan.

| 3.5 great | TJMOX | September 30th 22 | I admit that 3.5is high, I think 2.5-3 is more appropriate.rI don't think he's a good PAPA ROACH album. Because they are now a world-renowned band, they already have their own label, if you look at this album with the previous label, I don't think it will be excellent.rWhatever how they change, the constant is their original feeling , high-quality melody, and some empathetic lyrics. They have been at the forefront of rock fashion.rThis album also hasa lot of bad places?rToo pop, even some songs I have a hard time hearing the guitar sound. The worst part isn't everyone's disapproval of their bold experimentation. I think the worst part is that they make something so popular and commercial that it can be heavy and more rock. The quality of many songs is more about ambience and synthesizers. The band's heart begins to blur.rObviously some great songs that could be the best new Nu-Metal in years or something that sounds goodr, but they ruined the songs like: Not the only one and Elevate...rOverall I think this album is more like the B-side of PAPA ROACH, or Jacoby's solo albumrRecommended songs: The Ending ?The best song in album??WDTY, Better Than Life? One of the more successful experiments?

| 1.5 very poor | Doublez38 | September 6th 19 | Who Do You Trust? is an album faithful to what Papa Roach has been offering for over 15 years, but worse, it's very uninspired, quite bad, just like the single ELEVATE, which I find horrible. It's a waste of time to listen to this. Might as well go back to the first albums

| 2.0 poor | cjbizzlebizzle | February 26th 19 | Shout-out to 'I Suffer Well'. That track is a super catchy pretty much hardcore song that would have fit in on the THPS soundtracks decades ago and no one would even blink. Unfortunately beyond that one highlight the rest of the album is as bad as people have described it. Dubstep beats that just feel so out of place, a lack of emotion and edge that at least Papa Roach had at one time, hooks that feel entirely mailed in and alt rock riffs that you will forget the moment you turn off the album are a few things that drag Who Do You Trust? down. The lyrics are not good but still not on the extreme low tier compared to other popular artists like 5FDP, just 100% generic in all aspects. It has been almost 20 years since this band was being played on every single radio station and it doesn't seem like they have to drive to change or write that addictive popular track again, just staying afloat with seemingly minimal effort. Don't bother unless you want an album to remind you why the truly good music is so good and the lower end of the rating scale is out there somewhere.

The rest is fucking garbage though, holy shit.
