3.5 great | Gene Gol-Jonsson CONTRIBUTOR | July 13th 23 | I'd probably describe this album as creepy. Certainly the forest-at-dusk atmosphere helps a lot with that. But if I had heard those vocals isolated from music distantly approaching me from the woods, I'd head for the meadows in notime.

3.0 good | Robert Davis | November 8th 18 | Sounds far removed from what this band did on the split with Downfall of Nur. With that in mind, this is pretty bizarre stuff and most of the time sounds like a cheesy, folksy version of mid-to-late 90s Cradle of Filth, with some unconvincing transitions from epic black metal riff sections to atmospheric, pagan-infiltrated musicianship. Still decent, but a bit hodge-podge too.
