Bumping to a 5 because this is just hitting all the right things for me at the moment. This album is excellently paced as well, my only complaint would be that thw opening track is a tad long for an instrumental opener. Thats just nit picking

Finally something great under the post-metal tag, not just another trendy hyper-annoying shoegazey boredom. The influences are all crystal clear, and I think they formed them into something, which is their own "flavour". Great jam.

This album is very good though and its like a starting mash up, that match my tastes on too many parts for me to ignore, and it slowly builds into one own identity as the album goes on. The album is very immediate, but, in my experience, it holds to many listens. 70 minutes fly by. Fave tracks are Sannanda, Celestial Dictator....and beast 15 minutes closer. Basically what Dedex said in his soundoff but with 4.5 rate.

Groovy post-metal with some prog/psych knack. Once again, a band whose influences are pretty clear: The Ocean, Gojira, Mastodon, Tool and Stake (previously Steak Number Eight). Yet, they pull out a sound none of these bands ever had: it's just a pure mash-up. While their sound is already there, I feel some meat could have been cut here: it's a tad too long, the voice is good but not mindblowing (makes me reaaaally think of the Stake's singer's voice, also a Flemish band), the best cuts (The Fall of Consciousness, Sananda, Celestial Dictator, all very psychedelic yummy) clearly outclass the less good tracks. It's a very good first output, and I'm excited to see how these homies will evolve in the coming years!

Would flow better if it was 10 minutes less. Still, the melodies are some of the best metal I recently heard! "The Story of Your Enslavement"'s riffs makes bone rattle!
