If you sometimes find yourself wishing that thrash never evolved past 1983's Show No Mercy, this is for you. Onslaught do away with the Discharge and UK82 Hardcore Punk roots that were still very much present on their debut album, thereby neutering pretty much the only interesting thing about their sound and become an uninspired Slayer clone that already sounded behind the times in 1986.
