Extinctions certainly isn?t Unearth?s best album, but it?s nonetheless one of the best rmetalcore albums you?ll hear this year. Even on their weaker projects, Unearth still wipe rthe floor with most of their contemporaries. There are some undeniable bangers on this rthing.

This is just standard Unearth, I don't know what the hell y'all are on, they've always been a consistent 3-3.5 band to me.

By no means groundbreaking but it is a consistent record. Unearth have never been that band who changes things up, they just write decent metalcore records that slam hard and they've once again achieved that. Doesn't compare to Watchers of Rule but an above average album for a saturated genre.

Not sure what it is, but aside from a few songs, something here feels missing from their more quality albums, like Watchers and Storm.
