It's like Bela Bartok and Breakdancing Ronald Regan are fucking. It's so dischordant, it's unsettling.
Sounds like a jet engine shitting out a horn section in pieces.
I really like it, it's texturally really pleasant.
It's amazing how subtle this build up is.
Wish the strings were in a different key.
Woah, change; there's the change of key.
The mix is nice for something this intense.
He's done good things at 2.5k to make it not fatiguing.
It's odd that it doesn't have percussion.
But good.
Wow, I suddenly hear something in a major key I think.
Cycles of dah dah dah dah.
It's like Star Wars' score, but not fucking lame and hollywoody.
I really like this.
This is the first Foetus track I've listened to, I think.,
I love the balance of dissonance and major/minor keys battling for control of the melody.

I enjoy this.
I don't really know how the title links to the music.
But it's a strong title.
It suits it, in a kind of removed way.
I have a sneaking suspicion that this is about 4 or 5 arrangements mixed over one another.
Palimpsest is the literary term; where you write something over a faded manu and are subconsciously influenced by the previous paper's owner.
I will have to check out more foetus.

The first track owns, the rest of it is fairly average in my books. The last track is great though, it's a 7 minute enduring song, rotating among pure power and emotion.
