Strong 3 - Probably the best example of early 90s metallic hardcore album. Until metalcore evolved into what we consider metalcore these days, the genre was pretty much hardcore music with additional heaviness, slower heavier riffs and screamed or shouted vocals, and mainly darker atmosphere. Unbroken's - life.love.regret is pretty much perfect showcase of this, so if you are insanely huge fan of 90s metalcore this is probably 4.5-5 for you. I think there is not really anything to complaint about, maybe you could argue that this album has really clear influences, mainly Integrity influence is pretty evident or You could say, that the album is not memorable enough... but all these things aside, I think this is perfect showcase of early 90s ,,typical metalcore'' (Rorschach is not typical) and the closer of this album is masterpiece. So why 3.5 ? Bc. typical 90s metallic hardcore is just not really my type of thing, I like my metalcore experimental, with strange vocals and heavy, noisey, dark atmosphere, and I am not getting that on this album.
