| 4.0 excellent | Brandon Scott EMERITUS | May 25th 18 | Am I crazy in thinking this may be one of Bleeding Through's best efforts? It's
been six year since their supposed-to-be finale The Great Fire, and ironically
enough if there was ever a fire burning, Love Will Kill All sees it at its
brightest. Symphonic elegance supplements brutal hardcore breakdowns, bloody screeches
lead into melodious choruses, and man, if some of Brandan's best one-liners are not on
this records. This isn't just an excellent return to form, it's one of Bleeding Through's
strongest efforts in general.

| 3.5 great | Jared Floryan | May 25th 18 | Six years after the band's fauxnale dropped, Bleeding Through from Orange County have blessed the masses with another album titled Love Will Kill All. Full-length #8 holds 12 tracks that mostly do a solid job recalling that late '90s/early '00s hxc style with the symphonic, melodeath, and bm influences still accounted for - so you bet your asshole it isn't a radical departure from the outfit's preceding efforts. Assuming one can get past the lack of originality and hideous cover art, these dudes' (and babe's) newest addition to the discography is the most fun I've had hearing a Bleeding Through LP from start to finish since Declaration back in 2008, albeit not quite on the same level as that. Light-to-decent 3.5. On a final note, this user is so down with Marta Peterson getting more of a presence here than ever before, particularly on "Remains" and "Life." Her voice compliments Brandan's performance this go around really well.

| 3.2 good | Trey STAFF | June 6th 18 | I was a big fan of Bleeding Through's black metal/hardcore/metalcore blend, but this album is like a neutered version their original formula. They're so focused on making the songs catchy that they lost almost all the viceral fire that made these guys and their one-trick pony albums worth really listening to. Having said that, this still isn't bad but it's not the comeback I was hoping for.

| 4.0 excellent | heck | May 25th 18 | this album was not quite what I expected and I love it for that. the increased use of cleans (more than on The Truth?) and Marta's increased presence, both on keys and vocally, really make this feel fresh and give it a unique vibe within their discography. also, No Friends is the dumbest fucking song they've ever done and I love it.
