3.0 good | ian b. | April 6th 18 | bangers, all around fun, generally enjoyable all the way through. if you want something serious and with more of an adult/mature tone, this is pretty far from that though lol

1.0 awful | Mitch | July 20th 21 | Cardi B is insufferable to listen to for 2 minutes; how the fuck can people take an entire album of this obnoxious squawking retard?

1.0 awful | whiskysoakedleather | April 9th 19 | Shitty music make by an individual who is shockingly even shittier. Cardi B makes music for women who wash paper plates.

3.5 great | charlopiano | August 23rd 21 | Insecure men on tiktok really hate this too much, it's full of trap bangers or more heartfelt songs that really show well, Cardi's versatility as a rapper

2.5 average | Erwann S. STAFF | February 14th 21 | Corporate rap: competently produced, lyrically in-yo-face to attract the most possible clicks and reactions, and artistically vapid. The few R&B and Latin music nods are not enough to make this more than a plain fun record. At least it's to-the-point and do not stack up many filler tracks, making this, in the end, a quite inoffensive record boosted by a couple of megahits.

2.0 poor | Bedex | October 22nd 19 | This wasn't completely awful, which is better than I had expected. Sorry Cardi but the moments I prefer are the ones where feats take over. I really can't manage to like her delivery, it just feels flat and hollow to me. The lyrics are often so in your face that it is difficult to ignore them. Tracks like 4 or 7 could be jams if it weren't for her vocals - especially on 4's second half. Same goes for 8, which is probably one of the most solid tracks of the album owing to the prominence of guest vocals over hers atop a nice instrumental. Her vocals fit best on 10, which is kinda jammy, thanks to the held back nocturnal non-twerky atmosphere. Vocals that I would normally dislike - Bad Bunny's or SZA's autotune, Chance the Rapper's vox on 6 - actually feel welcome and refreshing because they bring life to the record. 1 is kinda nice too, 5 is m'ok, and then the rest is just bad - same level as Shakira's Eldorado I guess. 1.8

3.0 good | TheManMachine | June 11th 18 | Siked on her stripper-to-stardom success story and unfiltered persona, the wordy grit and wit, the well-engineered loud+proud debut roll-out. But her rapping is only slightly less grating than her interviews; which admittedly is part of the appeal. Plus so many mentions of money bags and possessions while drowning in drama-n-hostility is taxing on its own. LOL moments include a plethora of pussy-popping techniques, YG's so-bad-it's-good "She Bad" hook, and her revengeful proposals for seeing shit she don't like on her man's phone: telling his mama that she raised a bitch, posting his received nudes on the Gram, cutting the tongues out of his sneakers, getting stabby, feeding him bleach-laced cereal like "bon appetit".

3.5 great | commonist | April 16th 18 | 65/100. I feel as though a lot of users are being a little harsh on this. Yes, while there are some forgettable bars and lack luster features, Invasion of Privacy has some real bonafide bangers. Tracks like Get Up 10, Bodak Yellow, and Be Careful absolutely slap and Cardi's swagger and bravado are cranked up to 10. However, some of the features here are incredibly bland (looking at you Migos) and songs like Drip seem to lack a real hook or chorus. Solid overall.

3.0 good | Childish Gambeaner | April 12th 18 | Definitely a shock, all three of her singles I couldn't stand. Yeah, there are some duds, but this album has some solid tunes and was way better than it had every right to be
