4.5 superb | lalchimiste | May 31st 18 | A neofolk gem. Rota Fortunae's compositions and arrangements with guitars and cello are tools for creating a soothing yet thrilling atmosphere to get lost in.

4.0 excellent | manosg EMERITUS | March 12th 18 | A tranquil and melancholic journey that evokes images of falling leaves and rain, Solstice is an improvement compared to Vespers. The use of cello is a very welcome addition and a step in the right direction as it provides an extra layer and accents the great songwriting. Add some piano, maybe some rain effects, violins on your next 6-minute track and the world will talk about the new Rota Fortunae album.

4.5 superb | Kars Landman | March 4th 18 | This EP is just wonderful, It has great melodies that are elevated by the use of a cello. The songs are never too long and build up nicely.
