Far better than it has any right to be. Mathematics makes a better RZA than RZA these days, stepping up to the boards with the confidence of someone who can throw back to the 90s and the passion of someone looking to the future. Meth and Ghostface sound like they haven't aged a day since the mid 90s, and Meth especially dominates this record with his solo song If Time Is Money coming up an easy highlight. Sure, Masta Killa still sounds like he's been dragged out of bed at 3am to mumble a verse and there's not nearly enough GZA, but what we're looking at here is probably the best Wu in over ten years.
