This is pretty rad, but I'm not loving it as much as the debut. The instrumentation
isn't as technical, and the song structures are much more predictable this time around.
Nevertheless, this album fucking rules, and the vocalist steps it up even more this time
around
Also, wasn't expecting to hear two of my favorite vocalists on one track as features
(Zach Britt of Dream on Dreamer/Young Lions and Jesse Cash of Erra/Ghost Atlas on Joie
De Vivre)
EDIT: This got better and better with each listen, pretty much on par with the debut for
me now

These guys are so insanely talented. Sometimes their focus is a bit hazy (imo often coming off more in the "heavier" sections), but when they hit the mark they really kill it. They strike a balance between prog, metalcore, and top-tier cleans. Honestly, I feel like if they just ditched the metalcore altogether they'd be better off because everything else ties together so impossibly well.
