0.0 | Blud Vidal | April 16th 20 | Again displaying my Polyphia fanboyism, but I actually rank this as my second favorite record from the fellas. It's a well-crafted, consistent EP that bridges their stylistic evolution from the earlier prog days to their more fusion-centric releases of late. Their isn't a lull on this EP in my opinion, there are plenty of catchy hooks and melodies, and though Tim tends to dominate I still find redeeming qualities in Scott's work.

5.0 classic | BonelessProg | March 11th 18 | I think its ridiculous to say that Polyphia is
pandering to fit in here. From Ressurect,
Inspire, Muse, Renaissance, these guys have
always evolved, and if you think any of the
fans asked for trap polyphia you're wrong. I
didnt like this album the first time I
listened to it, but I gave it another chance
this week and I've fallen in love, especially
with Crosty. This is the most unexpected turn
and they supported the electronic influences
with plenty of amazing riffs. Seriously, learn
to play crosty and try and say its not one of
the most fun songs you've played. All the
songs do a great job of fusing trap and the
prog/fusion they're known for, and each song
has its own identity. The sweep in 40oz is
definetly a guitar but it almost sounds like
another electronic instrument. A surprising
classic for such a short EP. I hope Yvette
Young experiments with electronic influence
like Polyphia and Chon

4.0 excellent | ericanthony | December 14th 17 | An exciting fusion of prevalent sounds and auditory perspectives that entice the
listener toward an altered take on the progression of songwriting! Sputnik so far to me
has only provided harsh and bland criticisms that are showcased with flashy allegory,
fooling the reader into feeling a superior minded oversight regarding accomplishments
leagues beyond the achievements of the writer and reader. It appalls me seeing the
tasteless deconstruction of pure originality here. As a musical diplomat and enthusiast
of genres in all direction... I have identified a very uniquely coalesced and honest
platform for emotional discovery.
Honestly... sputnik, your critics take the joy out of life. Keep it up.
