High 3. Not as good as AHAH. Has bright moments. But it never fully comes together. black mammoth has a nice chorus. empty still is a highlight. spiral ends fairly well. when the bulbs burn out has some good moments as well.

Listening to songs like Head Will Hang and Black Mammoth; music for me does not get a whole lot better. I think FFAA have made an album that is the perfect combination between pure aggression and good atmosphere. No doubt they have been greatly influenced by Gojira, one of my other favourite bands. I rate this album 4.5 because I think FFAA has so much more potential. Give me Gorjira songs like The Haviest Matter of the Universe and Esoteric Surgery with a FFAA sauce and I will be the happiest man on earth. FFAA shows for me the lack of authenticity and originality most deathcore bands struggle with. Cannot wait to hear their new album!

Gojira meets Whitechapel. Overall pretty solid. A lot of interesting time signatures and guitar leads. Deathcore "brutality" is there, but it's tasteful enough.
