I know I'm going to get some hate for this, but i found Behold... The Arctopus's Nano-Nucleonic Cyborg Summoning overbearingly mediocre. Sure, the musicianship is nothing short of amazing, with both the guitarist and the...Warr guitar player, I don't know what you would call his position, pulling off impressive and technical solos and riffs. However, it seems like they put too much effort in being technical, and not enough effort into writing good music. Overall it sounds very cluttered and chaotic at points, and definitely takes away from the EP's feel. It's fun, and it's impressive, but nothing more than that.
