Finally, a worthy follow-up to Nux Vomica.

This album is honestly a bit too much for me to stand. The vocals on 50% of the songs sound like they were recorded with a microwave. That is to say, they're very low quality, or at least they've been distorted in a way that gives that illusion. That distortion sucks the emotion out of some of the performances. There's one stand-out track that features but a single moment of clarity, and that's part of Do Your Bones Glow At Night? where beautiful, clean female vocals come in. Other than that song and Here Comes The Dead, there doesn't seem to be very much substance here.
