The 75 minutes of Zeit's electronic ambience, pulses and drones are the ultimate expression of the cosmos: the millennia-long movements of the planets, the blinding brightness of the stars, the deafening roars of super-novas, the all-consuming hunger of the black holes and the oppressive emptiness of space.

Their magnum opus and my all-time favourite album. Unlike the explosively charged freak-outs of their peers in the scene, Zeit was a revolutionary implosion - highly subdued, peculiar harmonies freely collide, interact, ebb and flow away. In many stages, it feels like attempt to represent musical conventions from the outside. The last "movement" is definitely my favourite - surreal, disjointed, and harrowing in every sense.
