A patchy album from a patchy year - 1976 must be one of the worst years for music. But there are some really great tracks on this album, "Kicks" and "Coney Island Baby" are two of Lou's better tracks, especially "Kicks" - a real cracker of a track.

As with basically everything Lou ever put out, this is a grower. I thought it was only okay the first few times I spun it, but now it's right up there as one of the best things he ever did, as far as I'm concerned.
