| 3.5 great | mrjuggalogoestotown | February 27th 08 | Vanilla Ice was never really as bad a rapper as people have claimed to be, and this album proves it. It contains some of the highest-quality beats he's ever rapped over, and some of his tightest lyrics ever.
The first half is kind of metal kind of stuff, while the second half is pure rap, and there are some phone messages at the end. Overall, this album is good for anyone wanting to convince others that Vanilla Ice is actually a good rapper. Check it out.

| 5.0 classic | hiphoprules | May 9th 08 | The lyrics are dope, the beats are fresh, the guests compliment Ice quite nicely. But still this is a great effort because of the Metal side, which has some of the best nu-metal I've ever heard. Vanilla Ice is really the best rapper ever. Bi-Polar is a great great record.

| 0.0 | | May 3rd 08 | The lyrics are terrible, the beats are repetitive, the guests pick up the slack most of the time. But still this is a horrid effort because of the Metal side, which has some of the worst nu-metal I've ever heard. Vanilla Ice is really the worst rapper ever. He is egotistical and self-centered, and when there are guests they always outshine him. It is a sad sad record.
