| 3.5 great | Erwann S. EMERITUS | February 26th 24 | Inter Arma excel at blending almost every extreme metal genre in their concoction (sludge, death doom, and black coming on top, with proggy linings spicing it up) for an intense record that could have trimmed some of its first half - the second half is where the band's formula shines the most.

| 3.5 great | Gary STAFF | January 4th 23 | Alright, finally decided my rating. It's great but amazed me only a few times, so a rational 3.5 is what I feel fair. It was a nice rec-present from DDD, and I'll surely come back to this time to time. I especially loved when they went full Mastodon-mode!

| 5.0 classic | Chino smoking it up! | April 16th 19 | Paradise Gallows album has this Neurosis, early Mastodon vibe, plus a Doors followed by a Pink Floyd ode. Not to mention how heavy and filthy 'An Archer in the Emptiness' and 'Transfiguration' are. 'Violent Constellations' have a vicious solo at the end...its really my cup of tea. Doomy, Heavy, Thick, Filthy, Psychedelic - a fucking shipwreck. They perfected their album formula to this point.

| 4.5 superb | BRAman22 | May 28th 17 | Paradise Gallows shoes a heavy Neurosis influence, particularly on the excellent title track and Violent Constellations. The later of the two even trails off to sound a bit like Gorguts later on. While there are some great songs, the biggest thing holding this album back may be it's own ambition and grandiosity.

| 3.5 great | AnAutopsy | August 25th 16 | Great atmospheric record. My only problem was that Primordial Wound and Violent Constellations (two of the longest tracks clocking in over 10 minutes) didn't have the big pay off that tracks like The Paradise Gallows had. They had their moments but left me wanting more at the end of those tracks.
