While mildly corny, this is an essential summer album. I can't call myself a ska fan, nor do I think I ever will, but this right here is some truly fun stuff to listen to. The songs are coated with a nice poppy ego to them, giving them more flavor and enjoy-ability to spice things up. At times the horns can be a bit aggravating, mostly because of how high some of the notes can get, and the loudness factor, but overtime you'll more than likely grow into them. This album has some awesome choruses, too.

I may not be the biggest ska/punk/pop-punk fan out there, but I must say I bought this album when I WAS, and I still
find it thoroughly enjoyable. Great bass and the addition of trombones/saxaphones really adds an interesting layer to
the whole thing. Recommended.

My very favourite Less Than Jake song has to be "All My Best Friends are Metalheads" and not only because it has a great beat and everything fits so well, it has meaning to me because it's true. All my best friends ARE metalheads. The whole cd is just great.

This is the album that introduced me to a great band and is a great album in its own rights. Favourite songs: Last One Out of Liberty City, All My Best Friends Are Metalheads, Al's War.

As long as I could remember, I've hated ska. It just never appealed to me, for what reasons I may never understand, thus I just shunned it away. Enter Less than Jake and this great album. Their flawless blend of punk and ska elements immediately hooked me: driving bass lines and powerful, catchy guitar riffs mixed with awesonme horns and great vocal harmony to create one of my now-favorite albums. Hello Rockview could easily catch the interest of the most elitist rock-lover.
